Artists

Anyone from the university and broader community has the opportunity to be a part of the Verge Arts Festival. A range of USU Clubs and Societies collaborate each year to design events that create connections between diverse groups on campus and individual artists and collectives open their minds to the endless possibilities created by the USU during the festival each year.

Artists will have the opportunity to be rewarded this year through the all new Verge Fringe Awards scheme.

A Stunning Cabaret...To Be Confirmed

The artists know the story but the audience will pick the songs. How can it possibly work?

A little bit of talent, a tiny bit of rehearsal, and a lot of guts.

A newly formed cabaret troupe composed of cabaret geniuses Blake Bowden, Trent Newman and Glen Wolter will avoid burning their instruments or cursing their audiences as much as possible as they take you on a journey through a sordid tale of love, life and hilarity accompanied by the tunes you choose. You've really got to see it to believe it.

A Stunning Cabaret ... To Be Confirmed runs for 4 nights - Mondays and Fridays at 9:00 pm in the Festival Bar. Doors open from 8:00 pm so grab a cocktail and warm up for some heckling.
