Verge is an annual Arts Festival held in the first two weeks of September. During the festival, the campus comes alive with music, art, film and theatre, all highlighting and encouraging the creativity of the members of the University of Sydney.

This year Verge takes inspiration from the great fringe festivals from around the globe. The Festival aims to promote meaningful and continuous collaboration between the university and broader community with a focus on unique, unconventional and innovative artistic endeavours.

The program will feature events held on the main campus, Sydney College of Arts and The Conservatorium of Music. So block out your diary now and enjoy the opportunities that Verge creates.

Verge 2008 Directors

Much of the success of Verge 2008 was down to the near superhuman feats pulled off by the festival's 2008 directors Max Rapley and Stephanie Iredale. Keep an eye out for 2009 Verge Director postions.
